1. Milestone-Based Engagements

Our coordination contracts operate on defined milestone stages (Scoping, Gap Assessment, Documentation Delivery, Stage 1 Scheduling, and Stage 2 Execution). Fees paid for milestones that have not yet commenced are eligible for refund upon written notice.

2. Pre-Audit Cancellation

If a client decides to pause or cancel before auditor scheduling has been finalized with the authorized certification body, payments made toward future audit days will be refunded in full minus documented administrative costs.

3. Auditor Commitment Window

Once audit dates are confirmed and booked on the lead auditor’s calendar (within 14 business days of scheduled audit commencement), auditor allocation fees become non-refundable due to certification body manday reservations. Rescheduling is available with advance notice.

4. Audit Outcomes

Fees are paid for assessment and coordination services, not for guaranteed pass outcomes. An auditor may decline recommendation if major unrectified nonconformities exist. Northbridge guarantees corrective action coordination support to assist in closing findings without extra advisory fees.
