VERIFICATION PROTOCOL
How to Authenticate a Document
Follow these three steps to confirm authenticity before accepting a vendor certificate or supplier submission.
Locate Certificate Number
The reference number is printed on the upper header and bottom seal of the certificate document (e.g. NB-ISO9001-2026-0001). Include all hyphens when searching.
Run the Search
Our live register verifies the certificate against active records. If a certificate has been expired, suspended, or withdrawn, it will be flagged immediately.
Confirm Company & Scope
Check that the legal company name, standard version (e.g. ISO 9001:2015), and operational scope match the services your organization is purchasing.
